Catch-Up

Wow, it's been a very long time since I've had time to update everyone on Lily! Well she is a happy healthy 9 month old in the 25th percentile for height and weight and has no teeth. She still has not crawled, she prefers to roll to her destinations or sit and yell at everyone! Although, she does like to walk holding your fingers. She is a 2-trick pony, "how big is Lily . . . so BIG!" and she has a bad cough, which she showed the doctor at her 9 month appt. She is able to say a few words that her parents can make out, mama, dada, tahoe and hi!

We have taken numerous trips over the past few months. First in February, Lily and I spent a week in Florida with my mom, sister and her twins (10 days younger than Lily). We had a great time, all the kids loved the pool! The boys had learned to crawl while we were there, although it was not enough motivation for Lily to start on her own. Keegan would crawl on top of Lily and pin her, so instead of trying to move herself, she actually kicked Keegan in the throat to get him off of her, TWICE!

A few days later, Ryan left with friends to Vegas for the annual basketball tournament! Lily and I kicked back at home to recouped from FL.

Lily and I then ventured to Wisconsin in March to see my family, she met grandpa, great-grandpa and lots of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She is the best little traveler, she loves to "talk" with the people in the seats next to us! We stayed with my Aunt Joanie and attended the premier of her newest quilt. Lily put on quite a show for everyone! She pinched a guy (stranger) in the butt, tried to steal the waitress's money at dinner and her cousin Brady taught her how to kiss!

Tomorrow, the entire family is leaving for San Diego. Ryan has a conference to attend, Lily and I will be playing while we are there! Maybe head to the zoo or Sea World. We are going to get together with some friends while we are there, can't wait to see everyone!

Then this summer is filled with a few more trips WY, WI, NC, AZ and maybe FL again! Lily has logged a lot of mile. I think we have been on about 7 trips together, things will change when she is no longer able to fly for free!

Oh, I almost forgot . . . we bought a house here in Denver! I finally found a ranch, it is a new build and we are waiting on permits right now! Once the permits are received it's about a 5-6 month build time. We will be living in the same development as our friends Justin & Jill and Kyle.
