Last night we all attended the "Siblings Class" at the hospital. The first thing the instructor comments on is how old the kids are in the class with the exception of one . . . Lily, she is 2 years younger than the youngest in class. This is not a good start for us, so the instructor wants each of the kids to introduce themselves and tell everyone if they are expecting a little brother or sister. So our turn comes, Lily says she's 2 and we are having a "baby sister . . . named Dorothy". I then have to explain that we do not know the gender of the baby and Dorothy is the name of Elmo's fish.
Next, the kiddos are watching a video, Lily has sidled up next to a little boy and begins to rub his back. He continues to move over but she's determined and continues to inch her way back to him. He was 6 and very kind to Lily. Then she decides during the film it's time to show everyone her "handstand" about 6 times. "Look at me! I'm doing a handstand!"
Then each child was given an anatomically correct baby to practice changing a diaper on, I just prayed she would get a baby girl and she did. She accidentally saw Ryan get out of the shower last weekend and she asked him what was wrong with his "butt". I'm not ready for that conversation yet!
Finally, the instructor asks Lily "Where's a good place to hold the baby?" and her response was "on a horse!" We just giggled along with the rest of the adults in the class . . . only our Lily Bug!

What a cutey!! She is so funny. Oh boy Jenny, you are gonna have your hands so full but it will be great!!
Wow Jenny... you've got a spitfire with Lily!! Hey Ryan, what's wrong with your butt? LOL!! I love it! In a house full of boys, Rory has seen it all, and thinks nothing of it, thank goodness!
Hitting on older men already?? You ARE in trouble. I do not think we should ever let BFFs Lily and Taylor go out by themselves....especially together!
