I'm so excited to have been apart of history by going to the DNC, watching Barack speak and casting my vote for change. I watched McCain's speech last night and thought he did an amazing job, but then fell asleep before Barack's speech. Ryan asked if he should turn the lights off and I thought there was no way I would fall asleep. Oops!
Lily has even surprised us by saying "That's Barack" when she sees him on TV, that's my girl! Ryan was caught off guard by her comment, I just sat and smiled. Whether your candidate won or not, it was an incredible year in politics!
